I am an award-winning writer, director and animator from London, whose films have played at many festivals around the world and featured on Short of the Week, Cartoon Brew, It’s Nice That and Vimeo Staff Picks.
FILM & TV:
I am represented for film and TV by Matimba Kabalika at B-Side Management. My RCA graduation film MR MADILA won prizes at Palm Springs, Flickerfest, and the Royal Television Society amongst others. Two new MR MADILA shorts were later commissioned by Adult Swim and my animation POWERWASH (I LOVE YOU) won the best comedy award at the London Short Film Festival 2021. I have a short JOLLY GARDEN in development with Rowdy and the BFI Animation Fund.

I am currently writing WORMHOLE, an original TV comedy idea with Studio Hamburg (THE CLEANER) and Channel 4 Comedy.
ANIMATION:
I have 10 years experience as a freelance director and animator. I have worked as an animator and compositor for companies including BlinkInk, Jelly, Studio AKA, Passion, Rowdy and Beakus, with extensive experience in After Effects and across 2D frame-by-frame softwares (TVPaint, Photoshop, Animate CC).

I have directed for clients such as BBC Scotland, Snazaroo, Nature and the Disney Channel. In 2018 was commissioned to direct "There's Something in the Water", a documentary about invasive species in a Texas lake and recently designed and animated 9 episodes of "The Low-Phe Life", an animated documentary series about living with Phenylketonuria. I am drawn to character led, comedy-forward storytelling incorporating multi-media techniques.
EDUCATION:
I am an Associate Lecturer on the MA Animation programme at the Royal College of Art, where I taught for 5 years as a personal tutor, running the Embodying Voice character animation workshop. I am currently an Visiting Practitioner and AL at Central Saint Martins, teaching on the Character Animation MA and Industry Advisor at Cambridge School of Art, Anglia Ruskin University. I have also led workshops and talks at Middlesex, Westminster, LCC, Bath Spa, Norwich Uni of the Arts, Derby and Hyper Island.
